Pricing questions

What counts as a scan?+

Each domain submission triggers one scan. Re-running on the same domain later counts as a new scan — we rebuild fresh results every time.

Can I change plans anytime?+

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep what you paid for until then.

What happens if I hit my limit?+

You'll see a clear message with the reset time. Either wait for the next period (free tier resets weekly, Pro daily) or upgrade.

Do you offer refunds?+

Subscriptions: cancel anytime — no charge for the next period. One-time Deep Audits are non-refundable once delivered, since the work is already done. If a scan fails on our end, we'll redo it for free.

What's a 'monitored domain'?+

A domain you've claimed for ongoing checks — automatic weekly re-scans plus an email when something gets worse. It needs DNS-record verification (so we know you control the domain). On the roadmap — flagged with ★ in the table above.

What payment processor do you use?+

Paddle — they act as Merchant of Record, so they handle VAT/sales tax and global card processing for us. Your card details go straight to Paddle's secure checkout; we never see them.
